Purposes of Processing and Legal Basis

Retention Period

Data will be retained for as long as necessary to fulfil the stated purposes and, in any case, for the legally established periods (tax regulations: 6 years; commercial regulations: 6 years; anti-money laundering regulations: 10 years). Commercial communications will be retained until the data subject withdraws consent.

Disclosure of Data to Third Parties

Data will not be transferred to third parties unless required by law or necessary for the provision of the contracted service (event collaborating entities, payment platforms, technology providers under a data processing agreement). Under no circumstances will data be transferred to third parties for their own commercial purposes.

Payment Conditions

Customers may register for our events online through our website https://congresologistop.org/ or by submitting a signed registration form. Once registration has been received, payment must be made within a maximum of 30 working days. For registrations made within 30 days prior to the event, payments must be received before the event date.

Cancellation, Postponement and Substitution Policy

Cancellations must be communicated to the congress secretariat in writing by sending an email to info@logistop.org.

Cancellations received up to 4 weeks before the event will result in a 50% refund of the registration fee. Cancellations received within 4 weeks prior to the event date and no-shows are non-refundable. All registrations are transferable to any person within the same organisation that has paid for participation, at no additional cost, up to one week before the event date.

Customers who are unable to attend may notify us up to two weeks before the event date, and we will provide a credit note for the full amount, valid for 12 months from the date of the event for which they registered. The credit note may be used to pay the registration fee for any event we organise.

Force Majeure

Due to various cases of force majeure, we accept no responsibility for speaker cancellations or substitutions. For the same reasons, we accept no responsibility for event cancellations, substitutions or postponements. We accept no liability for any expenses that customers may incur in connection with our events.

However, we commit to informing all participants in a timely manner and to taking the necessary steps to avoid such situations. In the unfortunate event that an event is postponed or cancelled, we will provide a credit note valid for 12 months.

No refund will be considered in the event of cancellation due to adverse weather conditions, natural disasters or other cases of force majeure.
