Submission of Abstracts and Contributions

The 1st LOGISTOP Scientific and Technological Congress 2026 invites researchers, technologists, logistics professionals, companies, universities, technology centres and institutional bodies to submit their scientific and technical contributions. Participation is open to natural or legal persons, national and international, whose activity is related to logistics, transport, mobility, supply chains or associated technologies. LOGISTOP membership is not required.

The participation process begins with the submission of an abstract through the official channel enabled by the Organization. Accepted proposals will be incorporated into the scientific-technical programme of the Congress, to be held on 6 and 7 October 2026 in València.

Contributions shall provide knowledge, results, approaches, developments, case studies, experiences or solutions of genuine interest to the logistics ecosystem and to stakeholders linked to R&D&I, sustainability, resilience, security and the technological transformation of the supply chain. The submission of an abstract implies full acceptance of the call guidelines and of the decisions of the Scientific-Technical Committee.

Thematic scope

Contributions must fall within one of the two thematic tracks of the Congress:

Track 1

Sustainability and energy transition in logistics

Contributions related to the decarbonisation of transport and supply chains, energy efficiency, electrification, alternative fuels, sustainable urban logistics, circular economy, reverse logistics, environmental impact reduction and sustainable intermodality.

Track 2

Logistics resilience, emergencies and critical infrastructures

Contributions concerning supply chain resilience, operational continuity, emergency logistics, critical infrastructures, dual-use civil-security technologies, cybersecurity, monitoring, traceability, interoperability and the application of advanced enabling technologies to logistics.
