Call for Abstracts · I LOGISTOP Congress 2026

The largest showcase of logistics innovation looks for your project

We open the call for scientific-technical contributions for the I LOGISTOP 2026 Congress. An exclusive meeting space designed to connect knowledge with the industrial fabric.

Open deadline until July 15, 2026

Who can participate?

🌍
Open ecosystem

Researchers, technologists, companies, universities and technology centres, national and international.

🎯
Key Areas

Projects focused on logistics, transport, mobility, supply chain or associated technologies.

Barrier-free

Open call to the entire sector. It is not necessary to be a LOGISTOP member.

The participation process begins with the submission of an abstract, a technical synthesis document that rigorously describes the objectives, methodology and results of a research or project. Its delivery constitutes the mandatory preliminary step for evaluation by the Scientific-Technical Committee and its subsequent inclusion in the official program.

⚠️ Proposals must have a strictly technical, scientific or technology transfer approach. Presentations for commercial purposes or product promotion are explicitly excluded.

How to participate

📄Abstract submission format

Participation will require the prior submission of an abstract with an indicative length of 150 to 200 words. It must mandatorily include:

  • Title of the proposal
  • Full authorship
  • Participating entity(ies)
  • Main thematic axis (choose from the 5 axes)
  • Summary description: problem addressed, methodological approach, main results and conclusions
  • Presentation language: Spanish or English

The Organization may request clarifications, formal corrections or complementary information when necessary for the proper evaluation of the proposal.

🗂️Modalities of participation

Accepted contributions may be integrated into the programme in one of the following ways:

Oral presentation

Presentation in plenary or parallel session. Maximum duration of 20 minutes, unless otherwise indicated by the Organization.

Scientific-technical poster

Presentation in an exhibition space specifically set up for this modality.

Technology Demo / Demo Corner

Space to showcase solutions, prototypes or technologies in operation.

The final modality will be determined by the Organization and the Scientific-Technical Committee. The Organization may reallocate contributions between modalities or sessions.

🔬Evaluation criteria

El Comité Científico-Técnico evaluará las propuestas conforme a los siguientes criterios:

🔬
Scientific and technical quality

Well-structured methodology, adequate and rigorous analysis.

💡
Originality and innovation

Highly original ideas, methods or findings.

📐
Methodological rigor

Solid and well-justified methodological design.

Thematic adaptation

Aligned with the thematic axes of the Congress.

🏭
Contribution to the logistics sector

Significant contribution to the logistics ecosystem.

🎯
Impact potential

High potential for applicability, transfer, or impact.

📝
Clarity and structure

Well organized, concise, and clearly worded.

The evaluation process will be carried out in two stages: an initial eligibility and compliance review conducted by the Organising Committee, followed by a technical assessment by the Scientific and Technical Committee. All decisions made by the Committee will be final and binding.

📦After acceptance: final material and publication
Submission of the completed work

Once the abstract has been accepted, the Organization may require the submission of the complete work, the poster, the presentation material or the associated technical documentation. In general, the complete work may be presented in Word or PDF format, with a maximum approximate length of up to 20 pages, in A4 size, Arial 11 font and single line spacing. Figures, tables and references must be presented in an orderly, legible and correctly identified manner. As the date of the conference approaches, a presentation template will be provided.

Dissemination and publication

By submitting your proposal, you authorise LOGISTOP on a non-exclusive and free basis to reproduce, distribute and communicate the materials for scientific, technical and institutional dissemination purposes linked to the Congress (digital proceedings, website, newsletters or reports). The Organization reserves the right to award prizes or recognition to the most outstanding contributions.
